What "We don't earn a commission on this deal" means
Updated October 12, 2026
The line under a deal's GET THIS DEAL button tells you what kind of link it is.
The three kinds of link
- Affiliate link. We may earn a commission at no cost to you. If you buy, the store may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way.
- As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. The link goes straight to Amazon, and we may earn from qualifying purchases.
- Direct link to the store. We don't earn a commission on this deal. The link goes straight to the store, and we earn nothing if you buy.
Why we post deals that earn us nothing
Some good deals don't come with an affiliate link. We still post them when they pass the same hand-check as every other deal: a live price, a working code, an approved US store and an accurate note. See How we find and hand-check deals.
Does it change anything for you?
No. The price, the code and the store are the same. Only the way we're paid is different.
