Copyright or trademark concerns (DMCA)

Updated October 12, 2026

If you believe something on GreenTechPlus uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, please tell us.

How to send a notice

Contact us and choose the topic Legal & Copyright. Use the same topic for questions about our terms of service and for other legal notices.

What a copyright (DMCA) notice should include

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been copied.
  2. The web address of each page on GreenTechPlus where the material appears.
  3. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full name is fine.

Trademark concerns

Tell us the trademark, who owns it, the page where it appears, and what you'd like us to change.

What happens next

We review every notice and reply by email. If the notice is valid, we'll remove or change the material. Notices that are missing information may take longer while we ask for the details.
