Cookies and tracking when you click a deal
Updated October 24, 2026
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers.
Cookies we set
We only use cookies the site needs to work:
- When you sign in, cookies keep you signed in on that device for up to 30 days, so member prices and codes can show. Signing out removes them. See Signing in on another device, and signing out.
- Our hosting provider may set a short-lived security cookie to check that visitors aren't bots.
Your browser may also remember small display choices on your device, such as closing the sign-up bar.
Deal statistics
We keep statistics on how deals are viewed and clicked, so we can see which deals and stores readers find useful. We use them to run and improve the site, not to advertise to you or build a profile of you.
When you tap GET THIS DEAL
You leave GreenTechPlus for the store's website, sometimes passing through an affiliate network such as Amazon Associates or Awin. Those companies set and read their own cookies to credit us for the referral. We don't give them your name or email address.
What happens on the store's or network's website is covered by their privacy policy, not ours. See Is GreenTechPlus free? How do you make money?
Things that load from other companies
Some Amazon product images load straight from Amazon's servers, and our page fonts load from Google Fonts. Those companies receive your IP address and browser details as part of the request.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block our cookies, you won't stay signed in, so member prices won't show.
- Blocking store or affiliate cookies doesn't change the price you pay. It may only stop the store from crediting us.
- We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing. We don't sell or share your data anyway; see Do you sell or share my data?
Read our privacy policy for the full details.
